Simply one of the best 10 star experiences I’ve ever had tip to tail, and im a very hard nut to crack when it comes to these things. Dan LaGrange, Angelika, and Chris Clement, and the whole staff really took extremely good care of me and really orchestrated the exact deal I needed and wanted as the customer, which almsot never truly happens when it comes to these situations. But they truly did for the first time in my life experience of vehicle buying. They put me, my perspective, and ideas first in every regard. Because of these people I got my dream truck and was able to keep the equity from car to car I needed with my trade in, which they gave me phenomenal value on. They also made the whole process super easy, relaxed, and streamlined for me, literally requiring no work and effort on my end. They literally went above and beyond for me in every single way, and I dont just throw compliments like that around. I cannot thank them enough, and they are now stuck with me for life, as they have earned a loyal customer for life as well as the new clientele I will be urging and bringing in! I would give zero or negative stars if I could. They lied to get me to buy an extended warranty and told me I could get my vehicle fixed with this warrant close to my home in Massachusetts over 40 They lied to get me to buy an extended warranty and told me I could get my vehicle fixed with this warrant close to my home in Massachusetts over 40 miles away from the Portsmouth dealership, and yet I could have the vehicle fixed with the warranty if Jeff the Regional Manager would approve it but he won’t. With the negative experiences and lies I was told I would never let them touch my vehicle. So now I have to go to a different dealership 50 miles away closer to my work. They lie to get a sale, record any sale transaction talk so you can have proof when you want to take them to court! I should also mention how when I did my lease buy out they also tried to scam and buy my vehicle at a lower price which made my credit take a hit and they had to fix it. Maybe clueless but I think they are shady. More
They sold me a jeep that had some problems. I’ve been trying to give them the opportunity to fix it. I’ve owned the vehicle 3 weeks and been able to drive it 4 days of that. I hate to write this review, nonetheless i don't want anyone falling prey to buying a product that from a company that will sell cars that lose value real fast and but you in an upside down loan, and rui anyone falling prey to buying a product that from a company that will sell cars that lose value real fast and but you in an upside down loan, and ruin your equity, and hurt your net worth. The worse thing is this company will not have symathy years later when you are in a upside down loan originally caused by the car they sold you. Just be very careful of any business you do with them, because if you make an error, and purchase the wrong car they will not help you, sympathise with you even though the products they sold you put you in that financial situation. They will not even return calls or respond to any emails. On the other hand Mcgovern Subaru of Newington will treat you right, and do things for you most dealers would not. More
