They sold me a jeep that had some problems. I’ve been trying to give them the opportunity to fix it. I’ve owned the vehicle 3 weeks and been able to drive it 4 days of that. I hate to write this review, nonetheless i don't want anyone falling prey to buying a product that from a company that will sell cars that lose value real fast and but you in an upside down loan, and rui anyone falling prey to buying a product that from a company that will sell cars that lose value real fast and but you in an upside down loan, and ruin your equity, and hurt your net worth. The worse thing is this company will not have symathy years later when you are in a upside down loan originally caused by the car they sold you. Just be very careful of any business you do with them, because if you make an error, and purchase the wrong car they will not help you, sympathise with you even though the products they sold you put you in that financial situation. They will not even return calls or respond to any emails. On the other hand Mcgovern Subaru of Newington will treat you right, and do things for you most dealers would not. More
Found a vehicle I like on their site, ad stated it was in transit. Called and spoke with salesperson named Andrew, he took my info confirmed vehicle was enroute and stated he would call me next week as soon transit. Did not hear from Andrew the following week so I went online and checked they're site. Vehicle had arrived and was already sold. Never did get a call from Andrew. Don't waste your money or time here. Better to find out how they operate before I make a purchase and then get stuck with them for the next 3 years More
I was lucky to have Bob Corey help me through the purchase of my Equinox. He was very helpful at showing me how everything worked ! Tried buying a truck through this dealership and they made it a terrible shopping experience. Eddie would not return my calls or text messages. Not sure if it was his fault or the managers. The dealer ship was absolutely terrible. First the salesman Eddie did not sell us the car. He didn't offer to show us any options. The car was very dirty and had bird poop stains all over it. The other employees at the dealership didn't acknowledge us or even say hi. After the sale the salesman did not do what we asked at the sale, the car wasn't ready the day they said it was supposed to be and when we did pick up the car no one really went out with us and showed us the car. The sales manager offered to give us something for our trouble...still waiting for it! More
