I purchased my previous vehicle from this dealer two years ago. I stopped by recently to look at some newer models with a sales attendant on duty. The attendant, Joshua Stoehner, greeted me with courtesy, showed me models that I might be interested in, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and comported himself very professionally throughtout the process. I was impressed by his knowledge, energy, dedication, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. After all was said and done, I left his office with the car that I selected as well as a great sense of satisfaction from the high level of service that he rendered. I was in the market for a good used pickup truck and happened to find one for sale at the dealership. I contacted them to find out if the truck was still available and spoke with Chris who informed me happened to find one for sale at the dealership. My dad and I arrived late in the evening but Chris still took the time to show us the truck and answer all our questions. After test driving the truck and going over the specifics I decided to buy it. Chris made this process very smooth and stayed with it even though it was actually past closing time. We picked up the truck the followind day and I was even more impressed with its quality. Everyone who has come in contact with it, including the mechanic who inspected it, has remarked as to what a nice vehicle it is. We were in the market for a car to replace the durango we had. we were headed to look at another dealership when my husband found a Sonic online at another dealer farther from our house. My husband found that Portsmouth Chevy had one. we decided to look at that one. Well Christopher came out and asked us some basic questions. What we were looking for, what we were looking to spend and what our "must haves" were. We discussed the differences between the sonic and the cruze. The more we looked at the sonic and talked about it the more we liked it. So we took it our for a test drive and LOVED it! When we got back, my husband filled out the paperwork and we had our approval very quickly! While we were waiting, we were chatting about cars and things like that. He even engaged my 11 year old son and they had a great chat about my sons racing and where he would like to go with it! I have since taken my car back to the dealer twice (once for state inspection and to have the fabric and exterior protections done and 2nd time to have some trim looked at). Both times he was there and we chatted more. It really was like talking to someone ive known for awhile. It also turns out that we live in the same town and go to the same places. Portsmouth Chevy and Chris Bauer are awesome and we have told people about how great our experience was and is. So hopefully our recommendations to people will work out for more business for these guys! Keep up the great work! More

My name is Steve Kelley and my wife and I went in there looking for 2 new vehicles with not so great credit. Initially I talked to DJ since I had been referred to him by a friend. When I went in on a Sund looking for 2 new vehicles with not so great credit. Initially I talked to DJ since I had been referred to him by a friend. When I went in on a Sunday, Chad was ready to help us. Chad referred me to Chris, as he was going to be my salesman. Chris is a huge asset to Portsmouth Chevy. There was no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience one where we will be return customers and we will send everyone we know to you guys because he made us feel right at home. When we left there, we left with our fingers crossed. Come Monday, DJ, Chad and John worked all day to get me financed for 2 brand new vehicles and managed to stay in the price range I had originally hoped for. Come 4 o'clock Monday afternoon, I got the call from DJ that My wife and I would be able to come get our new cars! We were able to go in that night and sign paper work for our brand new cars. Chris even came in on his day off to make sure he was there for us in case we needed him. He even sat in our cars after we purchased them and helped set up the OnStar and went over all the functions. He told us to explore the cars for the week and when we went in on Saturday for the inspection stickers, he would be there to answer any questions we may have. Sure enough, he was there when my wife got there and took care of everything. And then came back into our cars and answered all of our questions. He went far above and beyond anything I would have expected and even stayed till after closing time for us. Chris Bauer is a top shelf salesman! Thank you Portsmouth Chevy for all you have done. I am very happy with the assistance that I received while deciding to purchase my new vehicle. There was no sales pressure at all. We both felt like he was honest and was not just "trying to make a sale".I went back to Portsmouth Chevorlet because I was impressed with her sales person and how smoothly her purchase went. I told Kevin what I could afford and what I wanted and he worked with me to make it happen. He went out of his way to find me the red vehicle that I really wanted. He could have tried to get me to buy one of the vehicles that they had in stock but he didn't.Instead he ordered a vehicle from the factory and also kept checking other dealerships to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. The finance person, Jon Miele was equally helpful. After not purchasing a new vehicle in 10+ years, I forgot how much paperwork there was! He explained everthing clearly so that I understood what I was signing and what I was purchasing. He explained options that were available to me without trying to talk me into purchasing options that I did not want or feel necessary. Other dealerships should take a look at Key Auto's approach to selling vehicles.They set a standard of excellance in their staff and in their approach to customer satisfaction. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is considering purchasing a vehicle. More
I went in to get out of my truck still owed 8000. On it got me in a new one great told me no money down come get my truck and the payment was in my range he told me 550 my other truck was 367so now my truc got me in a new one great told me no money down come get my truck and the payment was in my range he told me 550 my other truck was 367so now my truck payment is 665 how is that a help well I will pay it and when I got there to get my new truck now tell me I have to come up with 245 dollers what a joke and then the paper work was all mess up had to have guy come to my work to do all over..well I like the truck but I will never do any business there again im a man of my word if say it I will do it the same that place should be yes they got me out of my truck but got me with it to thanks for your time.
