My experience was mixed. The service itself was fine, but I was disappointed with the customer service I received. I dealt with Dawn during my visit. She never smiled and generally seemed like she didn’t want to be there. At one point, I heard my vehicle being moved, so I came out to the service bay area because I thought it was ready. Dawn said, “Oh, you guys heard your car and came out?” I chuckled and said, “Yeah.” She then replied, “Well, you can go back inside. I’ll come get you in a few minutes. I have some paperwork to do.” It wasn’t necessarily what she said, but how she said it. The tone came across as rude and dismissive, and it made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. A little friendliness and professionalism would have gone a long way. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service is an important part of the overall experience, and this interaction left a negative impression on me. More

VERY Disappointing experience. Went in a year ago to have a water ingress issue resolved. They said, 'good news it's only one side of your trunk'. They fixed it and my trunk was st Went in a year ago to have a water ingress issue resolved. They said, 'good news it's only one side of your trunk'. They fixed it and my trunk was still leaking. One year later I scheduled to have the other side fixed. Booked appt, printed service bulletin info, called parts Dept to order required part. I show up on my set date which I had a text notification of the appt. A woman greeted me, mystified as why my car was there... Unbeknownst they canceled my appt and somehow sent the part back. William apologized but had no explanation which satisfied the situation. He ordered the part and stated when it arrives, they will call to schedule my vehicle in. He called and we booked the appt. I showed up for now the 3rd appt to get this fixed and I'm told that yet again the wrong part was ordered. For the inconvenience they offered to take $50 off the repair and stated it'll have to be ordered again and an appt set. I went home, stewed, decided to have a local shop which I've never had poor service with, remedy this. William did offer to take $100 off the repair, which should be free at this point based off the service bulletin and the misdiagnosis last year. I've dealt with Toyota, Ford, Nissan, and Kia service departments and never dealt with level of ineptitude. More
