Brakes and rotors gone bad I brought my car in because it was making a metal rubbing noise. The dealership said I needed new brakes and rotors and they put those on over the nex I brought my car in because it was making a metal rubbing noise. The dealership said I needed new brakes and rotors and they put those on over the next three days as my car was waiting on a part to fix the seatbelt. When I picked up the car on Wednesday and drove it home, the brake petal was ‘soft’ and wouldn’t stop the car unless pushed hard. I called on Thursday and brought the car back in on Friday. I was told on Friday they didn’t know what it was and needed to talk with a master mechanic on Monday. It is now Monday night and I was told they need to keep it until Tuesday. I have been without a car for a week and am not closer to getting my Explorer fixed. This has been the worst experience I have had with Porter in eight years bringing cars there. I am a frustrated customer with a bad taste in my mouth. More
