On time and professional I was contacted by the dealership for a recall service. When I advised the caller that I also had a prepaod service oending he was willing to schedul I was contacted by the dealership for a recall service. When I advised the caller that I also had a prepaod service oending he was willing to schedule me in for the next business day, first thing in the morning. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 3-4 hour turnaround, which I expected. I was offered a loaner car, which I declined. I returned 4 hours later to find service wrapping up the final details. In all I am very pleased they were able to schedule both services so quickly and they delivered my vehicle within the stated time frame. Great job everyone! More

Long wait, but quality work I would rate as average, but where things fell short they made up other places. My vehicle was in for almost 3 months for an engine replacement. Main wait time was just to get the vehicle in to be looked at due to not having the techs for the workload the service department has. Once the vehicle was in, the work took about as long as expected. When I drove it away when it was completed I only had a couple minor concerns that were addressed right away. Overall the quality of work was great. As for the customer service, overall it was good. The staff was always friendly when I called for updates. Also, they provided a loaner vehicle for the almost 3 months, which was a life saver. More
