For my semiannual maintenance, I trust their mechanics and since I bought the care there just keep going back every 6 months. BEWARE! Josh made an error (performed work I said NO to) and his manager Rick said I had no proof because... "it was an outgoing call (not recorded) so I couldn't prove it"...there's much more - over $6000.00 to this dealership on my classic old Ford and I'm already $2000.00 in to repairing/replacing faulty parts that I probably didn't need but trusted their recommendations. so much more, can't get my time or money back but just PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!! In good conscience I have to put this out there..Shane, General Manager, NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS OR VOICEMAIL.. Ford Customer Service escalated my complaint to guess who? The service manager Rick that called me a liar on multiple occassions. More
