Time consuming, but frieendly The salesman (Cesar) and finance manager (Roberto) were very friendly and communicated often during the process. In addition, there was some painting and touch up that was supposed to be done on both the front and back bumper and the car was supposed to be detailed by pickup on Monday. At COB Monday only the front bumper was completed. Had to bring the car back later for the back bumper touch up and detail. More
