I sent an inquiry to Port Motors via Auto-trader app. Efrem was very responsive. I explained to him my situation and he assured me he could get me financed. I visited the dealership the next day and drove off of the lot with a new BMW. Hamilton and Efrem delivered top notch service. They are both very knowledgeable and made my car buying experience incredible. I highly recommend this dealer, the inventory is also very versatile with luxury/budget in mind. These guys are honest and do exactly what they say they will do, DELIVER! More

Bad business tactics What a waste of time with this place. First hint would of been when I called on a Friday to ask for out the door numbers. Arly answeres my call and he What a waste of time with this place. First hint would of been when I called on a Friday to ask for out the door numbers. Arly answeres my call and he sounded like he did not want to help me. He didnt want a sale? He finally agreef to send ne info via text. I never got such info. Decided to take an hour drive down south that Sunday as I really liked the Toyota Corolla. Test drove the car and talked numbers with Roberto. I finally decided to purchase the vehicle. I filled out the credit application while Roberto called the banks for the interst rates. He comes out to tell me he had bad news. Apparently the dealer bought the Corolla at an auction and never got the title for the car. WTH?!? How are they selling a car with the title not available? And why didnt he tell me that when I called on Friday. Or when I showed up on Sunday? Waste of an hour drive there and back. And waste of an hour I was there. Bad business in my opinion. Dont waste your time either!! More
