I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from this Dealership - a very pleasant non pressured experience. A month or so before my 5000 mile service was due - I received a courtesy reminder. I called the service department with some questions and spoke to Meghan. I have spoken to Meghan a couple of times with an extent of questions. Both times she takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions - she never comes across as if I am taking up her time- never rushing me off the phone. She gives excellent communication, very precise in explanations, giving me clear expectations and understanding. I am very comfortable speaking with her and having my service completed by this dealership. They took my car on time - not a long wait to have it done at all. She showed me where the waiting room was - offered me soft drinks and snacks while I waited. A very clean facility and very clean and comfortable waiting room. It just underscores the fact that I picked the right dealership. Everyone I have dealt with so far from sales to finance to service have been nothing less then courteous and professional. Chris & Steve in service, Dave in parts, and Eddie in maintenance (Shuttle bus driver!) were all very helpful and informative.They explained what was Chris & Steve in service, Dave in parts, and Eddie in maintenance (Shuttle bus driver!) were all very helpful and informative.They explained what was needed to fix our jeep and all it entailed. We were very happy with them and the service they provided.We will continue to use them for any upcoming repairs necessary for our vehicle. More
Horrible customer service I give this place NO stars.... I drove 29.6 miles to have 2 recalls done on my truck only to get there and be told the computer went down yesterday an I give this place NO stars.... I drove 29.6 miles to have 2 recalls done on my truck only to get there and be told the computer went down yesterday and they did not know if they would be able to do the job. When I asked why they did not call me yesterday Megan(woman at counter in service) said they did not know if the computers would be working today. I think when you have someone traveling that far they should have called me yesterday and let it be my choice to reschedule. after waiting for 30 minutes she (Megan) calls me back to the counter to tell me its a system wide issue and the computers were still not working, but she could get me in to the Dodge dealer in Warwick now 25 miles away. When I said doesn't system wide mean everyone she said no and she was doing me a courtesy. When I said no a courtesy would have been to call me yesterday and let me make the choice to reschedule she told me to leave. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. More
