I met Mike Lupo who on first contact was very personable and although he was with another customer at the time he made me feel like I was someone important which is so rare these days. Mike Lupo, I would say is one of the most professional, personable & patient salesperson I've had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge and wittiness coupled with his overall consideration and genuine concern of my needs and comfort made me feel a level of value that any consumer could appreciate. I am a realtor (saleperson) and I am constantly observing other salespersons & how they interact with consumers to see if they have the level of customer service skills that I give to my clients and customers and Mike Lupo is on point! I could go on and on about my experience so to sum it up I will say that Mike Lupo is great at what he does, he is very professional, knowledgable and has excellent customer service skills and Mike is the main reason why I purchased My new Jeep that I absolutely love! Lying Sneaky dishonest xxxxxxxx After purchasing my new Ram 2012 pickup I noticed a warning light on my dash board. I always check a vehicle before actually completing all the paperw After purchasing my new Ram 2012 pickup I noticed a warning light on my dash board. I always check a vehicle before actually completing all the paperwork and paying for the vehicle. The salesman said 'Hey its no problem, I'll have the mechanic bring it right into the shop and replace it right now. It'll take about 30 minutes. Lets finish all the paperwork in the meantime' (Big mistake!) After completing all the paperwork and PAYING for the vehicle I noticed the mechanic in the parking lot with my new truck feverishly rubbing the drivers door. I said to the salesman 'What's going on?' The salesman and mechanic went outside for a secret huddle and after 'Whisper, whisper' they came inside and said to the 'sales manager' ' Hey boss we need to give this gentleman a WEO (which is short for a repair they owe) 'I spilled some hydraulic fluid on the drivers door and we're out of the 'magic mystery cleaner' to clean it. It will be in next week' Stupid me, I believed these lying xxxxxx and took delivery of my truck. Next week I show up for what I think is going to be a 'clean up with the 'magic mystery cleaner' and I'm told by the Service Manager that my new one week old truck needs the drivers door repainted and they have to take it back for a week to do this job. So they conned me into signing all the paperwork, paying for the truck and pushing it out of the lot so I could come back a week later and couldn't do anything - I owned the truck. Scheming Lying xxxxxxxx!!!! More

The manager Vinnie was more than accodomating and since I was pressed for time, he gave me a lease price quote on a new Jeep Wrangler I was very interested in. Since I contacted him through the Costco program, he gave me a very competitive lease quote. It was wonderful. No switch and bait. No haggling. I thought it was too good to be true. However, after meeting with the sales person Kim and the finance manager Gene, everything went extremely smooth. No games whatsoever. I have never had such an honest and smooth car buying/ leasing experience. It was so refreshing. This dealership and staff exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this dealership.
