Port Jeff Chrysler Jeep Dodge

No warranty service unless you purchase vehicle from them? I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that has been to this dealership for service and inspections over the last 2 years. The vehicle, which i I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that has been to this dealership for service and inspections over the last 2 years. The vehicle, which is still under warranty, has a small water leak on the passenger side when using the soft top. I called Port Jeff Jeep to make an appointment to have them look at the vehicle and repair as needed as it's covered under warranty. I was told that they will not do any warranty work on the car since it was not purchased from their dealership! Say What! They were quick to take my money for service and software upgrades, but now they refuse to do any work that is covered under warranty. I was told that is their policy! This should be a quick fix as I have identified the issue, and they will get paid by Corp for the warranty work, but yet they refuse. Very unfortunate as this used to be my go to dealership, until now. I live 5 minutes from another Jeep dealership, but I always went out of my way to give Port Jeff Jeep my business, NO MORE! I will be taking both my Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Durango to another dealership from this day forward. Port Jeff Jeep just lost my business, with 2 vehicles coming off lease in the next year. Sucks for them! Go elsewhere! More

Great experience I was struggling to find a car that excited me. Liked the Jeeps, but when I went to another showroom everything was just standard looking. When I walked into the PJ Jeep Dealership they had a bunch of really awesome cars on the showroom floor. Immediately I became excited about getting a new car. Most amazing salesman!!! Let's just say I was new to leasing and had no experience whatsoever trying to negotiate a deal for one. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was met by Hello's around from the management team behind the podium. Within a few seconds Mike Lupo walks up and shakes my hand, asks me a few questions, and then we walked outside. Figuring out what I needed we went for a ride in the golf cart and then found a Jeep to drive. Bottom line is I got the price and Jeep I wanted, made my wife extremely happy, and can say I had one of the best experiences with a salesman who made me comfortable and talked as much as I could!! No pressure came from Mike at all, he understood I was new at this and made everything as smooth as it could be. I highly recommend walking in there and asking for LUPO!!!! More
