Worst customer service! Worst customer service in service and sales I have ever experienced from any place! First off I made an appointment for my car to go in over 2 weeks a Worst customer service in service and sales I have ever experienced from any place! First off I made an appointment for my car to go in over 2 weeks ago. Then when my car was dropped off for service they had to hold it over night because they could figure out the problem. If you ask me they didnt get to my car at all. They called me the day after I brought my car in for service to tell me that they couldnt do anything for my car and that they had to order a piece for the car that wouldn't be in for over a week. Now I have a child and already had to make arrangements yesterday for me to even have a car today bc they do not do loaners. When I picked up my car this afternoon no one showed me where my car was parked. A service member didnt even advice me of any information about what is going on with my car. The service manager, Alex was very nasty to me over the phone when I tried to explain my situation then he hung up the phone on me for no reason. I have owned 3 Jeeps and I am turning my Jeep in as we speak out of the disrespect and the inconvenience they put me through. I dont even care i have 5 more months on the lease. I want nothing to do with this car. More

! Beware of Adam Donan! Great dealership with one bad apple Tough to review this place. Everything is great except for Adam Donan and you should avoid him at all cost. I've leased from them before and got a great deal. The service department has been great with fair prices. Tony Bottone is an amazing salesman. He gets you the right price for the right vehicle. I'm closer to Smithtown Jeep but go to Port Jeff for just for Tony. Call him and use him. This time everything was great until we had to deal with Adam Donan the finance manager. This place would get 5 stars across the board if not for Adam. He is the reason car dealerships get a bad reputation. He tried to raise the rate at the end saying it was only an extra $10 per week. No Adam, that was creative rounding on your part and it would be $1,700 over 3 years of the lease. Then he tried to charge the tax again even though that was already paid in the down payment. After a brief argument and showing him his own paperwork he said no one told him ... it was clear as day in the breakdown. How could the finance guy not see where it says "Taxes paid"? If I wouldn't have paid attention I wonder if they would've returned that extra $1,800. When a dealership has amazing salesmen that are honest and give you a great deal and a professional service department that you can trust customers should not have worry about potentially paying an extra $3,500. I hate giving bad reviews but people should be warned, Don't just sign on the dotted line. Everything about the dealership gets a 5 but Adam gets a 1 hence and average of 3. More
Dont agree with them they ban you from dealership!! Wish i could give this dealership and their service department 0 stars! My truck had a defect which i complained about since day one. After going through the channels to get it warrantied. Was then told this dealership is “preferred” and can make warranty decisions. They go on to tell me i will have to pay 2,000 for the part along with the labor and if Jeep says the part was in-fact a defect i would not have to worry about it, if it wasn't i would have to pay! Never in my life i have i ever heard of such a ridiculous thing. Corporate was even shocked as it should have been said to them before the customer. I then called and spoke to the owner of the dealership, told him the story then he called me back and verified that i must pay first. I said i will not and i felt that the service department was taking advantage of me because I was a woman. He then tells me “we don't discriminate even if your black”. Who says that to a customer???!!! You don't know on the other end my race nor anything. It was very unprofessional and disgusting!! Then i get a call from customer care saying the dealership don't want to work on my car. So they screw me being that no other dealership will work on another dealerships car. This is what they do when they don't like what you say and that you don't agree to pay them for work thats a warranty and the owner doesn't owe for? Its a disgusting way to do business! Prior to this, another warranty with a defective rim it was covered and replaced, i had another rim same thing they gave me a hard time about submitting the claim, and said in front of another customer to my face. I don't agree with you and this is taking advantage and lying and i will not lie. Im like I'm not lying and its doing the same thing. How dare your service advisor say that. Rude service department and when your right they don't like to be told they are wrong. They do not treat their customers with RESPECT. They wanted me to pay for a rim PS: it was covered by jeep. They try to make money and steal from their customers. Instead of waiting patiently to get paid via jeep. Back to the beginning... i have now went to another dealership on the island as per jeep customer care and for what should have taken port jeff a week to do, took months and their games. The new dealership i went to got a answer same day and was installed the following week! And guess what .... IT WAS COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY!!!! Not like they told me! Its not right for dealerships like this to be in business and mis lead their customers who also bought the truck from them, and try to rob their money! I hope anyone who reads this has fair warning don't trust their service department nor the owner of the dealership. He’s a cocky and arrogant individual who doesn't know how to talk to a customer!!! And their way out of it is to ban them from the dealership. More

Excellent Dealership Even though I wound up not buying a vehicle from Port Jeff I can't say enough about Kristin Flynn and Tom Watson. I was looking for a very specific Ra Even though I wound up not buying a vehicle from Port Jeff I can't say enough about Kristin Flynn and Tom Watson. I was looking for a very specific Ram 2500 at the end of the 2018 model year, and Port Jeff had one close to what I was looking for. I drove 3 hours from south Jersey, but in the end, I don't think I would have been happy with the interior color in that particular truck. I had continuous contact with Kristin & Tom, and both were honest and friendly. They tried their best to get me into their truck, but in the end I wound up having to pass. It didn't work out this time, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. I'd recommend them to anyone. More
