I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Nick Calendrino was the salesperson who first assisted me. The initial model he showed me was the Laredo which I liked very much. He then showed me the Limited as to c the salesperson who first assisted me. The initial model he showed me was the Laredo which I liked very much. He then showed me the Limited as to compare features on this model. Nick was very informative and explained everything in detail; but never gave me "the hard sell", which I appreciated. Overall - a good experience. More
I went to the dealership looking for a new Jeep. I was greeted right away and the salesman took the time to answer all of my questions. The price I was quoted was on par with other dealerships. greeted right away and the salesman took the time to answer all of my questions. The price I was quoted was on par with other dealerships. If you ever need to have service done to your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS LOCATION. NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE! This place is a HUGE rip off that takes horrible advantage of people. Every time my husband too TAKE IT TO THIS LOCATION. NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE! This place is a HUGE rip off that takes horrible advantage of people. Every time my husband took his car in for an oil change or one small thing, they end up finding all kinds of major problems with the car that ends up costing a FORTUNE. And because they know that the average consumer does not know enough about cars, they feel they can tell you to jump, and all you'll do is ask how high? I gave them "ok" for friendliness, but it's easy to be friendly to a customer when you know you are about to rob them blind. The latest (and last) incident, my husband took the car in for an oil change/inspection. They claimed they could not pass inspection for the car because supposedly the power steering rack was leaking. Now mind you, this was a part that we had replaced (brand new) less two years prior (cost us $1265). This part should last for at least 150K miles and PJ Chrysler says the part only has warranty for one year. Meanwhile, they're telling us that we need to replace it after 30K miles of use on the new one (the car only had 50K miles when we changed it the first time!), so we told them not to do the inspection, brought it to my friend's husband who is a mechanic only to find...wait for it...wait for it...THE PART IS NOT LEAKING. AT. ALL. WTFFFFFFFFFFF???!!!??? PJ Chrysler told us it would cost at least $1500 to fix when there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. And now we are left wondering how many other things we have paid unnecessarily for. We spend a good $6000 on repairs with this company over 3 years. THREE YEARS. On a car that has under 90K and is not driven hard. These guys are crooks and they will smile in your face while stealing your hard earned money on crap that doesn't need repairs. Once you break that trust and know you have been ripped off, there is no coming back from that. This is a case of blatantly lying to us and telling us we need service on something that did not need service for at all. We would hate for anyone to go through that. Also keep in mind that this dealership's service dept charges $120/hr for labor. That is ridiculously expensive. Unbelievable. I am so disgusted. I'm going to put in a complaint to consumer affairs as well. I would put one in to BBB but they are not accredited with them. Ha! Go figure. More
We first went in looking for a new jeep, after a wrangler was out of our price range we agreed upon a Liberty. After doing a little further shopping, this dealership gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. Scot was out of our price range we agreed upon a Liberty. After doing a little further shopping, this dealership gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. Scott was nice and Charlie was very friendly and helpful and is highly recommended. I do feel like they tried to help us the best of their ability. We had one little mishap with the loan officer but they were quick to clear up the problem and am ultimately pleased. More

There were circumstances where I had to get out of a car I was going to lease, before I picked it up. And they were nasty, rude and very unprofessional. Spoke to an attorney and was told they had to give I was going to lease, before I picked it up. And they were nasty, rude and very unprofessional. Absolute worse service department! Every time my car goes in for regular maintenance it is damaged with either a scratch and or dent. Very confrontational individuals that their wrong doings become a debate in for regular maintenance it is damaged with either a scratch and or dent. Very confrontational individuals that their wrong doings become a debate rather then taking accountability for there shortcomings! The owner Scott Rhein is the biggest culprit and like most things in life it starts from the top down and clearly Scott's hostile approach to customer service has trickled down through the entire dealership with only the consumer being negatively impacted. This service department cannot be trusted to complete the most simple scheduled maintenance let alone the quality component. The overall lack of knowledge and incompetence in ordering the right part is a challenge for them, how can a customer trust the workmanship of a brake job in the vehicle you transport your family in. Chrysler Corporation needs to instill some sort of punishment towards the dealership and its Owner Scott Rhein to rectify their approach to CUSTOMER SERVICE! My suggestion is to have all personnel take part in a customer service course on how to more effectively communicate with customers coupled with taking ACCOUNTABILITY for mistakes, ensure non-confrontational debates with the customer, increase PRIDE in there workmanship, and simply respect the customer's time and property with some vehicles costing >$50,000.00 you would think they ran a junkyard! Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed towards me as a customer.... STAY AWAY! More

I bit the bul My car had 10,000 miles not even broken in.I Was told I needed a complete fuel service. for $300 wich is not covered under my warranty. I bit the bullet and paid for the service. and the car came out running the same way. I was upset and called the dealer back and was told there is nothing wrong maybe just the outside temperature causing the stalling. At this point I was infuriated and went to another dealership and was told the a/c had too much pressure and had to be repressurized a common problem on my car wich was covered under my warranty.I paid $300 for nothing.... About 6 months after this I went into PJ Chrsler to purchase a new vehicle only to find out they were about 5grand higher then a dealership 15 min down the road just west of them. SAVE YOUR MONEY IN THIS ECONOMY GO TO ANOTHER DEALER OR BUY FOREIGN..... I brought these matters to Chrsler Motor Corp just to be told the dealers are independtly owned go elesewhere... More
