Was called during the day to be informed they didn't have part and had to order it. "Just pay for part, and we'll order it and do the work another day". Fine. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle that evening, there was only a girl behind a window with my keys. I was told I had to pay full amount on invoice. I explained to her to her that no work was done on my car, but she insisted. I got pissed, and she finally got a Sales Mgr., who then had to call Service Guy at home. Mind you, this is all after long day of work! Finally, Sales Mgr. Tells me I just have to pay for part. Fine, right? Except a day later, I get a call from Service Mgr.(Alex)to talk about the INCIDENT that occurred. Incident? What incident?! He tells me that he can't have people yelling at his employees. Thing is, no yelling ever took place! He tells me others confirmed this, except that it was just me and the girl in the whole service Dept.! He then tells me I should have just paid full bill, OR left my car overnight! Really! I guess I should have walked home (25 miles)! The thing is, Alex specifically called me @ 9:00 AM in the morning to tell me this, not to apologize for any misunderstanding! Not to mention that the original quote for my window is about $100.00 more than I was originally told! There is something really wrong with these people and this place! STAY AWAY! More

Bullys and crooks I have been here twice. Once I was yelled at by some big meathead and told kellys bluebook is for morons. The second time was today. The salesperson I I have been here twice. Once I was yelled at by some big meathead and told kellys bluebook is for morons. The second time was today. The salesperson I had seemed nice and knowledgable until I let him know I would need to think about the deal I was presented with at home. As soon as he knew I wouldnt be buying it that very day he tried to pressure me into it and told me hes been wasting his time with me not getting paid. He was seriously rude. He was on the verge of losing his temper. I then saw the manager on the way out as I was surrounded by sales people while the manager interrogated me asking why I had come in. Obviously a bully tactic they use very often. As if pricing out a 45,000$ vehicle without buying it is insane. I walked out the door and will never enter again. Very unprofessional staff that bullys and corners you into deals you do not want. Steer clear of this place. I know I will! More
Happy and Helpful Rob Giordano greeted me as soon as I walked up to the building. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and proceeded to show me a few CPO Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab trucks. One caught my eye and he brought me the key to test drive it. He was knowledgable and very capable of answering the questions I had. We went back to work on the numbers and I was grateful that he tried to stay around my budget. I was there on Wednesday, July 16th for about an hour and a half. Thursday, July 17th, I went to work out the final numbers with Adam Troy Donin. He went above and beyond to get me as close to the original estimate as possible. Adam was able to explain the paperwork I was signing and the process was relatively quick. The service center was able to clean up the slight imperfections from the original ownership and worked on the back passenger tire (which were issues I'd mentioned during the test drive). The gentlemen that worked to get me into my new truck, cared. I appreciate that they listened, treated me with respect and were timely and overall, I certainly had a positive customer service experience. More
I dealt with owners son and in my opinion it was completely unethical what he did to me . He acted like a bully and was completely unprofessional when I chose not to accept his offer after he had wo completely unethical what he did to me . He acted like a bully and was completely unprofessional when I chose not to accept his offer after he had worked on getting my loan approved.. He admitted to me that he had my loan canceled because I was going to a different dealer. A much better dealer I might add go to Browns jeep. I did get my jeep from Brown. This is the owners son and sales manager terrible attitude and please do not get a truck from these people. I hope just one person out there read this and stays away from his dealership . More
Worst service department ever !! Avoid this dealership. Read reviews and take note. They are scammers. My jeep has had over 5000 worth of work within the few years it's been owned. Well maintained and ever Read reviews and take note. They are scammers. My jeep has had over 5000 worth of work within the few years it's been owned. Well maintained and ever since it was taken in for a recall to this dealer there has been issue after issue. I was told by the service department today " well, ma'am it's a jeep with 56k miles on it what do you expect ? Seriously? ??? That's nothing !!!! They are rude, not helpful and I believe their service department needs to be investigated. I believe they are damaging cars and making more problems. I have bought 3 jeeps from them within 9 years. ...All had issues. With in those 9 years we have also purchased 2 seperate jeeps from Browns as well as Westbury and never had an issue with the 2 jeeps purchased elsewhere. Some thing isn't right. Was going to buy another jeep this year but after being a jeep owner for over 25 years I will now be a subaru owner. Port Jeff jeep has left us with no faith in jeeps and will never purchase another one again. More
After brief negotiations on a $61000.00 vehicle, I asked to see the invoice, and salesman Rich hands me the MSRP sheet Again I asked to see the invoice, then, all hell broke loose...He assumed I didn't do to see the invoice, and salesman Rich hands me the MSRP sheet Again I asked to see the invoice, then, all hell broke loose...He assumed I didn't do my homework. The internet is a powerful tool when negotiating with dealers, and they don't like it. His last response to me is "I don't have to sell you a car then" I walked out upset More

I headed up to Port Jeff Jeep based on good things I'd heard after having a bad experience at another local dealer. When we got there and were browsing the lot we were greeted by numerous salespeople I'd heard after having a bad experience at another local dealer. When we got there and were browsing the lot we were greeted by numerous salespeople who seemed knowledgeable and anxious to help. When we headed inside after browsing their inventory to make sure there wasn’t anything hiding out back that I’d missed on their online inventory we asked to speak to a salesman. At 2pm on a Friday they couldn’t seem to find anyone to help us for about 10 minutes. We mulled around the showroom and waited and waited and eventually we had the misfortune of being paired up with an older salesman named Pat Ryan. It seemed as if the only thing that interested him was opening our eyes to just how precious life is during our near-death golf cart ride around the lot. Oh yeah, we had to ride a golf cart to the back of the lot to drive past all of their Jeeps even after I informed him that we’d already been back there and there was nothing that suited my desires. Asking him to work on locating a car was like pulling teeth, so I told him that I’d already located a bunch of them. He goes back to his manager and comes back with an offer of around $34,200 and $1500 for my trade in. I literally had to stop myself from laughing at this insult. I told Pat that one of the dealership with the vehicle is ADVERTISING is for $33,400 and they’re matching down payments up to $1500. He asks what dealership this is, I tell him Fred Beans in Pennsylvania and he responds ‘Yeah, well we won’t be going to Fred Beans.’ I ask why and he responds that they’ve never dealt with them before. At this point I’m okay with going to Fred Beans myself to save a couple grand. He gets up and says ‘okay let me go make my manager’s day with this’ as if it’s my fault that they’re too small a dealership to compete. He comes back with an increased offer of $$4500 on my trade in(on a car with a private party value of $9200 and a trade in value of $7200). At this point I’m ready to go, but he insists on me meeting his manager. What’s with these domestic dealerships thinking meeting the manager is a big deal? It’s cheesy and insulting that you think introducing me to the manager is going to make me feel valued or something. I left Port Jeff disappointed that I hadn't gotten to work with any of the friendly salespeople we'd encountered on the lot. I guess there's a reason they were busy with customers - they probably knew what they were doing and wanted to do a little work. Overall, PJ Jeep may be worth a shot, but it didn't work out for me and I was actually disappointed about it. More
