Overall our experience with the dealership was great, they were very professional and we're happy with our purchase. Our only complaint was the time it took to get the car. We were told it would be available within 3 days and it took 7, which luckily wasn't an issue for us since we weren't in a hurry. I would recommend that they do a better job of communicating delays as we had to follow up with them instead of them notifying us. When we got the car, there was a very minor blemish, and Rob immediately brought it into the shop to see what they could do and offered to order a new panel, which in my mind was above and beyond given how minor and unnoticeable the blemish was. We would definitely recommend the dealership. More
