Their sales team and managers are by far the worst people to deal with. They barely took any accountability for this and refused to take the car back. Do not deal with John Moran, he is a constant liar and Mario doesn't know how to handle issues professionally with customers. Brian the service manager is the only person who was helpful. If you want a dishonest sleezy dealership, go here. If not, take your business to the several other Jeep/Dodge dealerships in the area. These guys are terrible!!!! Hopefully our complaint to Jeep Corporate will help future buyers. More

I purchased a new 2022 leftover Ram 1500. I traded in my 2019 Ram 1500 and was given a very fair price for the trade and again came to a more than pleasing deal with the new truck. Date of delivery had to be the easiest I had ever had sitting with the finance department no BS up sales very straight forward in and out 15 minutes. I love this track like you have no idea. No unfortunately my new truck had a few hiccups in the beginning and I got to meet the service dept. I have to say that the are a very nice group of people that really went above and beyond with everything concerning my thoughts on my truck. I will definitely buy from them again and my wife is planning on leasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee for them in the up coming months. More

I have never seen someone be that dishonest, slimy and shady as Adam and no one as pathetic and arrorant to the customer as Dan. No one in there is worth anything in values.
