We got a good price, below the actual market (as opposed to book value). We had to wait for a bit because they replaced the rear brakes and all tires. This cost us nothing, and we used the time to chow down at a local eatery, again, at the dealer's expense. Nick was courteous and helpful. I can't stand when a salesman doesn't know his product, but Nick clearly was very familiar with the vehicle and the market space. We've had the car for a week plus and have no buyer's remorse, unlike the GM xxx we used to have. The Durango is a superior vehicle in the crossover class and Nick Calandrino was the right professional for us to deal with. More
