I explained that my wife and I were in the "exploring" stage and we had heard very positive things about the Renegade from our neighbor. Tom showed me various models, all the while fully explaining our options. His knowledge was considerable, and he was never pushy or overbearing. I was impressed enough to return with my wife several days later for additional information.
