Have had difficulties with renewing WiFi and other connect services for our Cayenne. Tried the 800 number (don’t bother unless you have hours to waste) also tried the Porsche e-mail, another waste of connect services for our Cayenne. Some of the people were nice, but unfortunately useless. Finally called Village Porsche in Cincinnati. A very nice and helpful person named Melanie helped us over the phone and fixed our problem. She was very courteous and patient. She told us she had never done what we requested, but would do her best. Great customer service!! More

From start to finish from negotiation to delivery was a great experience. As I have taken delivery of a number of vehicles in the past 40 years this was - by far - our best total experience. Friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, fair - I literally "kick myself" for not having bought a car with them earlier. In the two weeks since taking delivery they have had routine follow ups and check-ins to ensure the post experience has been exceptional. I can only say that my wife and I have been impressed and are now "raving fans" of the dealership. Its a great team and they have definitely delivered above my (very high) expectations. I love the new ride but also look forward in returning to see them for another one sooner vs. later! More
