They definitely seem to prefer white clients over anyone else. There were 4-5 people who saw me walk in for my service appointment but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The receptionist was impolite & looked annoyed that I was speaking to her, while another employee was down right condescending. Thankfully the service rep was decent and got me taken care of. I am looking to trade-in for a newer model but I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. So if you’re white, you’ll likely be fine. Though you probably ought to read all the other reviews on this place. If you are among the nearly 75% of the people of color who reside in San Antonio, be prepared for racism & poor treatment. More
Horrible - the worst experience buying a car. Not my first time buying a car out of state. you would think when purchasing a vehicle that costs this much, extra care would come with it automati Not my first time buying a car out of state. you would think when purchasing a vehicle that costs this much, extra care would come with it automatically. I have purchased ford, ram, chevy mercedes vans and were treated 100% better than this place. The general manager and sales manager were too busy or beneath them to actually respond to an email about issues with the sale. Yes sale not a lease so they could of just fixed it. This has nothing to do with the salesperson who was fantastic. or should i say when i got to a salesperson that actually wanted to sell a car. 1st call the sales person told me the car was sold and is being picked up tomorrow, 2nd sales person responded to my email but as soon as i said i am out of state, that was the last i heard from them believe me if it wasnt for the color combo that i wanted and couldnt find somewhere else i would of been gone. Finance could not to this day 2 months later provide me a bill of sales...fishy right ? the dealer left out documents so that i couldnt register the vehicle. should i continue how about that i could not get mats for the car that was supposed to be in the car bill of sale was also supposed to be in car with other paperwork....guess what...it wasnt. how about they didnt even give me a key chain or anything. Bet if i went to the dealership i wouldnt get a glass of water. again the one salesman i dealt with should be running the showroom as he seems to be the only one that knows about Customer Service More

Worst experience ever - was judged right when I walked in as if I could not afford a Porsche. Then, I wasn't even allowed to test drive any of the vehicles. Turned around, went and bought a top of the line B as if I could not afford a Porsche. Then, I wasn't even allowed to test drive any of the vehicles. Turned around, went and bought a top of the line BMW M Series that day. Within a year, I purchased a 2022 911 Carrera and a 2022 Macan S, both purchased in other Porsche dealerships because the staff was attentive and allowed us to test drive. Shame on the judgmental sales staff and supervisors at the Porsche San Antonio. More
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a "CPO" 2014 CarreraS BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a "CPO" 2014 CarreraS from this dealer. Car was delivered to me in POOR shape and certainly not in CPO condition. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a "CPO" 2014 CarreraS from this dealer. Car was delivered to me in POOR shape and certainly not in CPO condition. Car was delivered with check engine light. This was noted on the delivery bill of sale from the transport company I hired. I had the car fixed at a dealer in PA (where I live.) The car needed over $6,000 in repairs to get the car in CPO shape which was a fight from the Porsche of San Antonio to cover these cost. The car was sold to me as a CPO which they do NOT argue, however PORSCHE system does not reflect that. The car is now back in for repairs that would be covered under Porsche CPO but now Porsche of San Antonio refuse to cover the cost. The GSM, Doug has no follow up and poor customer service. DO NOT do business with this dealership. More
Had my car towed there because it wouldn’t start. They kept it for 30 days and I had to fight for feedback. Charged me over $2k. Finally, drove it home and the next day it would not start again! kept it for 30 days and I had to fight for feedback. Charged me over $2k. Worst service experience ever I've owned five Porsches, and have found that Porsche has trouble finding and keeping quality dealers all over the country. My experience with the Se I've owned five Porsches, and have found that Porsche has trouble finding and keeping quality dealers all over the country. My experience with the Service side of Porsche of San Antonio was terrible, even when compared to the sub-standard Porsche dealerships in Colorado--Stammler and Porsche of Boulder. I bought a $150K Turbo Carrera from Stammler, and they were de-authorized within three months of my purchase. Porsche of Boulder did the best they could, but the volume wasn't there for them to support the Porsche business. And the last straw was when I moved to San Antonio and experienced the worst possible incompetence on the Service side I've ever experienced. Three weeks of mis-diagnosis on my Cayenne S and $2K rental loaner expense on my part, and NO DIAGNOSIS or conclusion. I drove my Cayenne directly to another dealership and traded it in. Cost me $8,000 to just get it running enough to trade it in. I'm DONE being a Porsche owner. Not sure how Porsche of America manages its dealers, but it's not working. You would think when you're paying premium prices, you could at least expect competent Service. Grade: F. Never again to buy a Porsche. More
Great experience purchasing CPO from across the country! I purchased a CPO Porsche from Porsche of San Antonio. It was a hard to find car, and since I live in CT it was a total phone/e-mail/FedEx deal. The s I purchased a CPO Porsche from Porsche of San Antonio. It was a hard to find car, and since I live in CT it was a total phone/e-mail/FedEx deal. The sales person Bryan was great. He was very responsive to my relatively demanding questions (paint meter, service history, warranty work, detailed pictures of various hinges and screws, DME readings, CPO process and services, etc., etc., etc). A+ for Bryan and his support. The finance manager Craig was also a pleasure to work with when it came time for paperwork. He was also very responsive and informative about all the various financing details. The dealership recommended a vehicle transport company which worked out fantastic. 10/10 for the folks at Porsche San Antonio! More
Wouldn't think of taking my car any place else! Today I needed to get my car inspected in order to renew my registration. I live 45 min away and pass up numerous places to get my car inspected but Today I needed to get my car inspected in order to renew my registration. I live 45 min away and pass up numerous places to get my car inspected but I'd drive even further to Porsche of San Antonio just to experience their first class customer service. They make you feel like a part of their family and I always feel well taken care of whether it's a standard car service or car purchase. Marco and Courtney are the best! I will remain a member of the Porsche family because of Porsche San Antonio. More
First and last time I'll buy from here I would stay away from this dealership as much as possible. Just had the worst car buying experience of my life with a racist sales manager!!!!
