From the time I went in and spoke to the service manager (It was earlier in the morning and no sales people had arrived) until I was guided through the many equipment choices, I was well attended and patiently allowed to consider my selections. I had intended to order a 2020 718 Spyder, but after seeing a 2020 911 Cabriolet in the showroom, beautifully equipped and inviting attention, I changed to the more expensive version. In the interim, (this decision took about a week) the salesmen either called or left emails to offer their assistance in the process. It worked. I found the car (It cost more than I wanted to spend), but they helped me negotiate a more favorable option and I eventually bought the showroom car. It's beautiful. Need I say more. More
