Took well over two weeks to get an appointment. Once my car was in the shop, it was there for almost three weeks (new 911 with 1300 miles and an issue since the car was purchased). I didn’t receive regular car was in the shop, it was there for almost three weeks (new 911 with 1300 miles and an issue since the car was purchased). I didn’t receive regular updates to let me know what was going on with my car. To get updates I had to call each time. There was one time I called and couldn’t get my service advisor and was told that he would call me right back (this was after the car was there for 2 weeks). I waited 4 hours and then recalled to get an update. There wasn’t a loaner car that could be provided. More
