I just purchased my first Porsche, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Justin was my salesperson, and he made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. He was quick, efficient, and had all the cars ready for me to test drive, which made the process so much smoother. I was indecisive at first and learning as I went, but Justin’s patience and informative approach were incredible. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind, which gave me the confidence to make my decision. I was comparing the Mercedes GT43, BMW 740, and the Porsche Panamera, and ultimately, the Panamera stood out as the perfect blend of elevated sophistication without being overly sporty. Trading in my Cadillac Escalade V for a sedan was a big transition, but Justin’s guidance and professionalism made it an easy one. I couldn’t be happier with my choice, and I’m so excited to start this new chapter with my Panamera. Thank you, Justin, and the Porsche team, for making this such a fantastic experience! More

I located a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Porsche 718 Cayman S, using the search function on Porsche.com website. Car was offered for sale at Porsche of Nashville, TN. When I called the dealership I spoke wit S, using the search function on Porsche.com website. Car was offered for sale at Porsche of Nashville, TN. When I called the dealership I spoke with Matt Giorgio. Porsche Brand Ambassador. Matt was outstanding in providing the information I needed about the car. He understood my goals and helped me in reaching them. I bought the Cayman S. This is a more complicated transaction as I am 2000 miles from Porsche of Nashville. Once again Matt and Sales Manager, Alice Tejeda, came through and made everything easy. The next day a FedEx envelope arrived with the contract for me to sign and a return FedEx envelope. Matt and Alice made my life simple. I am extremely please with every aspect of this purchase process. What is your problem? 11/7/2018: So I asked for information on a Porsche and I get an automatic email with the link to the car including the price. I respond back asking 11/7/2018: So I asked for information on a Porsche and I get an automatic email with the link to the car including the price. I respond back asking for additional details. NO RESPONSE. 11/8/2018: I get an email from Mark Majors stating "Are you still in the market for a Cayenne? Please let me know how I could assist with your purchase." To this email, I respond asking for additional information. NO RESPONSE. 11/9/2018: I get another email from Mark Majors stating: "Thank you for contacting Porsche Nashville! Are you still in the market for the 2018 Porsche Cayenne? Let me know how I could assist with your purchase." I respond to this email once again. NO RESPONSE. 11/12/2018: I get yet another email from guess who - stating "Thank you for contacting Porsche Nashville! Can I get you any additional information on the Cayenne? Let me know how I could assist or if you are still in the market." I respond this time by telling him to respond to my other email. Only thing I can think is xxx man. Either check your emails or stop bothering me because I have moved on to another mores responsive dealer. What a joke. More
