I bought a new Panamera from Porsche DTLA recently. I could just buy from anyone at the dealership, but a friend of mine recommended Nick Choi as the sales manager, I met him and purchased the car. Ho I could just buy from anyone at the dealership, but a friend of mine recommended Nick Choi as the sales manager, I met him and purchased the car. However, there were many things I felt unwelcome and Nick Choi was very unprofessional. (1)I asked questions about the car I was purchasing, and Nick Choi didn’t even care to do his job and just kept saying he doesn’t know the answer. I asked him if the driver’s seat is comfortable for long driving, but what he told me was just customize it. Wth? And all other questions I asked which were very straightforward about the car, he kept saying he doesn’t know. I mean, if you don’t know why are you seating here pretending you are a sales guy? (2)I fully paid $120k for this Panamera the day I went to this dealership. What I received as the courtesy service was nothing, so I had to ask for a key case and a shirt with Porsche logo on. The other sales guys were trying to get me more gifts, but this Nick Choi guy was stopping them saying those cost much to give out for free. I freaking paid $120k, and why does he have to stop other sales guys from getting me more gifts when those were not from his own pocket? (3)I had to fill out documents, and when I figured out some of documents were missing in the process, I asked him if he can double check them. What he said to me the next was that those missing documents are complicated to fill out, turned out it didn’t even take 5 minutes.. Why do you tell your valuable customer who pays full cash at once with you being the sales manager that you are not willing to prepare necessary documents just because you have to double check and that it takes 5 minutes? Overall, it was very unpleasing, and my worst experience in purchasing cars in my life. What I regret is that I didn’t change the god xxxx sales person to someone else. More

After getting 1500$ less for my trade I bought a car with several issues most electrical doesn’t work properly. Reached out to the salesman who sold me the car with Zero response. Posed as doing me these favors yes I wanted out of my trade but my trade worked properly all of it no issues to spend 9k on a luxury vehicle with all kinds of problems, salesman just talk on how he sells expensive cars to people that they don’t need, well thanks guys but unfortunately I’m not that sort of customer I’m a single mom trying to make it treated myself for once and got myself right into multiple problems expensive problems at that. The Porsche selection here is great, and the sales rep Michael is definitely a wonderful person to interact with while purchasing a vehicle. However, the closing process has been incredibly frustrating due to the dealership’s banking system and the inability for their funding process to work like every other dealership I’ve worked with has (an ACH transfer from USAA [a highly reputable bank], which the bank verified to the dealership had transferred, should be treated as good as a verifiable/trusted check). As it doesn’t, when my wife and I came out here expecting a normal car purchase process, we’ve instead had to stay 5 extra nights in LA for the vehicle (a minor cost yet still not one I had wanted to incur). I wish I could rate the experience higher after my great interactions with Michael, but I cannot pretend the closing process - and the communication around it - has not frustrated my wife and I to the point that I likely will not buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More

I had to pay for my own smog check since the car sold had expired tags. I am still waiting to be reimbursed as promised.
