I was buying a used Jaguar from a Porsche dealership but I really felt I was treated as if I was the most important person in the dealership even though I was 1,317 miles away. I was also impressed with the time, labor and materials cost incurred in getting the car ready for sale. New brakes, windshield, tires, etc. Lupe also produced a separate video walk around to show me the car and the small scratches or imperfections one would expect from a 6 year old vehicle. Everyone who looks at the car is amazed at the condition of both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I really feel like I got the best deal on 2018 Jaguar F Pace on the entire internet and the exterior and interior colors I wanted. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and took care of every step of the purchasing process. So much so that we visited our local Porsche dealer to take a look at a new Macron. I went back to a Jaguar dealer in Schaumburg Illinois and found a brand new Jaguar XF in British Racing Green and tan leather interior. I guess I am one of those cat lovers after all, no Kitty litter required. More

The sales person Bill was great, very helpful and was willing and able to work with my needs. Hoss the finance manager was awful, he almost messed up the deal on several occasions!
