The Swikert corporate structure does not support their dealership or Porsche owners properly. While the Service Manager is an excellent professional, the service is frustrating. It is almost impossible dealership or Porsche owners properly. While the Service Manager is an excellent professional, the service is frustrating. It is almost impossible to get a call through the Swikert system, electronic billing does not work, and best use of appointments is neglected. This is ALASKA. I have to drive five hours to bring my Porsche in for service. The service needs should be anticipated so my time can be used more efficiently. More

Zero communication from this service department. Vehicle arrived at 10:00am for an oil change , battery check.
