I have owned 2 Porsche's and they were both from the Auro Gallery. I currently drive a 996 2001 C-4. Don is the only service manager that I have had deal with me. The car is always ready when promised and he explains everything that needs to be done and when I pick up the cart he goes through the fixes with me. I believe the Auto Gallery is lucky to have him. My Panamera was delivered to the service department on Saturday & was ready the same day. Armen called me to tell me that the car had arrived & he stayed very much on top of the situation. When I called Saturday & was ready the same day. Armen called me to tell me that the car had arrived & he stayed very much on top of the situation. When I called him later he knew what was going on with the car without putting me on hold or having to check with anyone else. He answered my questions in a straight-forward manner & had the car ready for pickup as promised. When we told Armen we were interested in seeing the Cayenne he introduced me & my wife to Stephen, in the sales department, who was very professional & gave us all of the information that we requested. The feeling I get from this dealership is that they are striving to do the best job they can for their customers. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone without reservation. More

Arman listened to my complaint, unlike other service advisors who want to tell you what they think vs listening to what you have to say. He then had one of the service engineers checked it out with me w advisors who want to tell you what they think vs listening to what you have to say. He then had one of the service engineers checked it out with me who made the decision to have the car remain in the shop. Arman provided me with a loaner and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs and what needed to be done and when my car will be ready. This is in itself great customer service and I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely recommend this dealer to any Porsche owner. More

The best and complete honest service I have ever received from a Porsche service center since owning my very first Porsche 37 years ago. Joanna is on top of it all. She is very thorough with all of the follow up, question answering and research she needs to do in order to get your car finished and ready to go. John Kerley runs a great service department and understands your needs and satisfies them. Armen goes beyond the standard service advisor and makes sure that your car gets the full attention and service it needs along with taking advantage of all the discounts and pricing incentives he can. I am a very picky and anal Porsche owner who expects the best. The Auto Gallery is the best! More
