I have had my car serviced at the Auto Gallery for several years. They are consistently wonderful in every way. Repairs are done correctly the first time and my car is always ready when promised. My car is returned clean every time (they even detailed it once at no charge). All repairs are explained to me fully and I never feel pushed to do unnecessary repairs. I wish everyone gave quality service like the Auto Gallery. My service advisor, Armen Mansouri, is wonderful. He remembers me and my car and takes excellent care of me when I come in. When he is unavailable, Don Sucich is equally as helpful and reliable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ever. More

I was stuck on the 405 freeway with a stalled car. I called Porsche service and spoke with Don Sucich. He immediately sent someone to pick me up and arranged to have my car brought to Auto Gallery. Don greeted me at the door right away and brought me water as he could see I was shaken from my ordeal. He re-assured me that he would take care of everything and he did! He got me a loaner car, and called me an hour later with an estimate that I felt was more than a fair price. My car was ready the next day. Don at Auto Gallery is a hero in my eyes and I be bringing my cars to Auto Gallery for all my services from here on out! This dealership service center went above and beyond all normal requirements in my opinion during a moment of pure panic on my part about 8 months ago . my 08 997 GT3 was smoking and leaking oil , I drove i normal requirements in my opinion during a moment of pure panic on my part about 8 months ago . my 08 997 GT3 was smoking and leaking oil , I drove it over to The Auto gallery in woodland hills when i arrived Don sucich came out to see me he was very calm and assured me that they would find the problem . the next day i recieved the news it was not a simple oil leak , and would need further diagnosis . pure panic set in even though it was under warranty i did not want to be without my car .Don and his mechanic Harry sat me down and explained the process of finding the the problem they were professional, courteous, and most of all patience with me , I drilled them with questions and they always came back with confidence ,the car was there for a few weeks I called quite often and Don walked me through what was being done . when my car was ready it was perfect inside and out it ran like new ! These guys bend over backwards to give you first class service. I do not hesitate to go in with simple questions, no appointment necessary. Just super helpful. Also..
