My Panamera was delivered to the service department on Saturday & was ready the same day. Armen called me to tell me that the car had arrived & he stayed very much on top of the situation. He answered my questions in a straight-forward manner & had the car ready for pickup as promised. When we told Armen we were interested in seeing the Cayenne he introduced me & my wife to Stephen, in the sales department, who was very professional & gave us all of the information that we requested. The feeling I get from this dealership is that they are striving to do the best job they can for their customers. I have had my car serviced at the Auto Gallery for several years. They are consistently wonderful in every way. Repairs are done correctly the first time and my car is always ready when promised.
