I am the happy owner of a 97 Porsche Carrera S ( the last of the air cooled !) and, much to my initial surprise , find myself looking forward to bringing my car to this dealership for service/ maintenance : of the air cooled !) and, much to my initial surprise , find myself looking forward to bringing my car to this dealership for service/ maintenance : The combination of truly outstanding customer service and competence is unmatched in the Los Angele area in my experience( and I have tried a few other dealerships in the past ). While I have had positive interactions with quite a few employees there ( Don, Joanna, Esie ), I feel a need to single out my regular customer service advisor, Armen Mansouri. Armen is not only friendly, diligent , helpful and bright but he truly knows how to make a customer feel valued ! At this point, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service...even though as I reside on the Westside, Woodland Hills isn't exactly next door. More

Everything is great. People are very friendly and helpful. Best dealership I have ever done business with. Its been 9.5 years I have been dealing with the Galleria and the Service departments on t helpful. Best dealership I have ever done business with. Its been 9.5 years I have been dealing with the Galleria and the Service departments on two Porsche Turbo S models. 1995 Cayenne Turbo and 1999 Cayenne Turbo S. Last visit was to replace worn parts on the transmission. Problem was diagnoised and I was given ride home. The vehicle was fixed by the next day at noon and it was washed too. I would recommend this Porsche dealer over any other in the greater Los Angeles or Ventura County areas. More

This dealership off of Canoga is 30-35 minutes away from me each way. Armen and his team are the reason I will go out of my way to ensure my car is in their capable hands. We came from Northern California and drove south on Highway 5. We arrived at this dealer on Friday 3:30pm. The check engine light was on for 2 hours.
