I've had two wonderful experiences at the Auto Gallery Service Department. I wanted to wait while they put on a new tire. We scheduled the service for 10:30 am, I waited in modern, comfortable waiting r Service Department. I wanted to wait while they put on a new tire. We scheduled the service for 10:30 am, I waited in modern, comfortable waiting room with wide screen TV while they replaced the tire and washed my car. Work was done in about a half an hour and I was on my way. A week later I had to have the cup holder replaced. I said I wanted to wait so they scheduled me for 1pm. When pulled in they were ready for me. Fifteen minutes later I was out the door. Excellent. More

My experience has been great. Don and Armen in Service took good care of my 1997 and Esie and Eric in Sales gave me what I felt was a fair deal on my 2009. Joanna efficiently sets up my service appointments. A Porsche loaner is always offered. After service the car is washed. I don't buy cars often and I can't afford the most expensive ones, but recently they invited me and other customers to a rally through the canyons over Malibu, and threw a beachside brunch for us at Duke's complete with Porsche swag and a raffle. What else do you want in a car dealer? More

This is the 2nd car I have had serviced exclusively at the Auto Gallery even though I purchased my current vehicle from another Porsche Department. This is the 2nd car I have had serviced exclusively at the Auto Gallery even though I purchased my current vehicle from another Porsche dealer. Most times I am greeted in the Service Dept driveway before I can even get out of my car. Convenient appointments are always avaialble. Checking in takes just minutes as does picking up. Don Sucich is the absolute best - friendly, responsive and gets the job done. I will not go to another Porsche Service Department - no reason to when I have the Auto Gallery Service team. More
Very professional people in service department worked with Don Susich for several years. I have a 2001 Porsche carrera 4. He and his service people have kept my car running as if it were new. I feel taking it to the dealer for service as opposed to an independent service provider has allowed me to keep my car in great working order thanks to Don and his people. More

I went to Auto Gallery for service covered under Porsche' warrantee. While they are not the closest dealer, their professional & friendly staff make the extra miles in LA traffic worth it. warrantee.
