Uber Provided For Service Wait Had appoint for oil change, which is approx 2 hr wait. Understood I would be using a courtesy vehicle during that wait , none were available but, Je Had appoint for oil change, which is approx 2 hr wait. Jessica contacted me when my service was finished and scheduled a time for Uber to pick me up, Thank you Jessica! I appreciated your customer service!!! Also the gentleman that drives the vehicles in & out of the service area was very nice and showed me how to release my emergency brake, which after many years of driving Porsches I could never do, now I can. Also, whoever washed my 911, did a fantastic job!! More
