Liz Martinez was my service manager. She did an outstanding job of resolving my service needs. She is knowledge, friendly and professional. She is also efficient in that she gets the job and paperw outstanding job of resolving my service needs. She is knowledge, friendly and professional. BEWARE of Representative rushing you when you're signing important docs! I have purchased my first Porsche Macan 2021 from this location. After driving over a month, I have noticed that there was a tire important docs! I have purchased my first Porsche Macan 2021 from this location. After driving over a month, I have noticed that there was a tire pressure warning sign that came up in my vehicle. The local repairman advised me to take the vehicle to the dealer and later, the vehicle ended up showing "service required" so I called in Porsche Woodland Hills from which I purchased my vehicle. Since I was busy working, My wife ended up going to the service for a check-up. First service advisor to whom my wife was introduced was Jessica. My wife waited about 3 hours and she would tell her to wait 10 more minutes every time she asked what was going on. Eventually, Jessica told my wife that they can't fix the vehicle that day and she wanted my wife to make another appointment and come back to fix the same issue that they could not fix on that day. When my wife asked whether she could leave the vehicle to get fixed since neither I nor she can come back due to our work schedule, Jessica told her that they didn't have any rental vehicle and the wife had to come back. Jessica even told her that the vehicle that kept showing "service required" sign was safe to drive and tried to convince my wife to come back later. My wife has asked to find a solution because it doesn't make sense for her to wait 3 hours and they didn't even look at the vehicle and told her to come back. Eventually the Porsche service team said give them 10 more minutes and if they cant fix it; they will get her a rental car. It's funny how a rental car magically appears. Eventually, my wife waited another 30 more minutes; they said they will give her a rental car. The problem got worse as Sima Rahimiyan appeared to help my wife. She was the representative who was assisting my wife with a rental car. When Sima was collecting my wife's signatures on the paperworks required for renting a vehicle, my wife wanted to review the terms and conditions because my wife also had to let me know what we can't and can do with the rental car. It was on Friday around 4:40pm. We understand that Sima really wanted to go home, but she kept telling my wife to "sign here and sign there," and when my wife wanted to read, she said "JUST SIGN THE DOCUMENT" "JUST DONT HAVE ANY DOG HAIRS". "JUST SIGN IT ITS OKAY." "YOU DONT NEED TO READ IT". My wife felt as if Sima was coercing her to sign the documents, but again, my wife was the one who was signing the documents and it would backfire my wife and me if we go against any terms and conditions and will be held liable for any problem on the paper, not Sima. Sima could not tell my wife to sign the documents without giving her sufficient time to go over just because it was on Friday after 4pm. My wife felt rushed and forced to sign the document. My wife did call Porsche customer service support and opened a case. But, I felt the need to let customers know that this could happen at the Woodland Hills location. It is clear that Sales team and Service team are way different. More

I always enjoying bringing in my vehicle for service at Porsche Woodland Hills.
