I shopped, intensely, around to almost every brand and in general all brands have terrible, inept and unqualified sales people. Every brand. Joel stands out as one of the very few highly qualified salespeople. Period! Switches that fell apart in first 24 hours, a bit of an issue with trans and brakes. Not exactly what I expected from a Porsche but dealer bent over backwards to please. Armen in service is also first class. Treated perfectly. Gave me an outstanding loaner (I'll take it!) didn't care if I got my car back too soon! My car was serviced correctly and so far very happy. So far my first Porsche and Auto Gallery experience is 5 star/first class. I look forward to a long happy relationship. More
