Last visit was to replace worn parts on the transmission. Problem was diagnoised and I was given ride home. The vehicle was fixed by the next day at noon and it was washed too. I would recommend this Porsche dealer over any other in the greater Los Angeles or Ventura County areas. More
I had a problem with the power steering. Brought the car in at 8:30AM the next morning and was out of the dealership within 10 minutes. When repairs were completed I returned the loaner car and picked up my in at 8:30AM the next morning and was out of the dealership within 10 minutes. I will only take both of my Porsche vehicles to Auto Gallery for service. Whether it's an email to Don or call to Joanne, they respond promptly and make the necessary arrangements to get the cars servi Gallery for service. The cars are always repaired in a timely manner and if I ever choose to wait while the repair is done, the service area waiting facilities are extremely comfortable. This dealership off of Canoga is 30-35 minutes away from me each way. Armen and his team are the reason I will go out of my way to ensure my car is in their capable hands. Within 24hrs. of making an offer and accepted I wired the total amount negotiated. It was more then challenging then getting a straight answer when the car would be delivered with a few stories. As i was going away for 10 weeks i had to delay my trip over a week as i did not know when the car would be delivered and could never get a straight answer. ( once the sale was made everyone involoved in the transation dissapeared. It took almost three weeks to recieve the car ( there was a four day trasit time) The car came wih a few dinks in it but i did it sight onseen so i suppose i'm the only one to blame for that. More
We came from Northern California and drove south on Highway 5. We arrived at this dealer on Friday 3:30pm. The check engine light was on for 2 hours. I was on a week long trip with the Porsche Club and had to return home (250 miles) on the first day due to an issue with my car. My experience at the Woodland Hills Auto Gallery has been the most professional, one of a kind experience. Kay helped me in financing and she was very detailed and made sure the transaction transitioned smoothly. Armen is my service advisor and he is the most amazing person, he is very genuine when helping people and he makes sure the job is perfect! Armen always makes sure that I'm completely satisfied with their service before I leave the dealership. I spoke to the team there and they took the time to explain to me, unlike Rusnak Porsche, the problem is with the oil separator that is causing the puff of smoke and even if it is to get changed out the problem will continue... well, I was not happy with the that outcome. He said that there is no failure to it just the vehicle was made that way. As I told him, I wish I would had known about that issue when I made the purchase. I have done everything to maintain my vehicle since my purchase and nothing has been inexpensive and now I have an embarrassing issue that Porsche manufactured and calls "Porsche Intelligent Performance" “ The team member I was speaking about was Armin Mansouri. I had been a loyal customer of Rusnak since 2002, driving from Pacific Grove, CA to just for my Audi to get serviced there, due to the outstanding customer service at Audi Service. I purchased 3 vehicles 2 TT Audi’s and in 2007 a Porsche Cayman. Loyalty on my behalf…only to be so disappointed by Porsche Service, sometimes it would be great but 90 percent of the time, is was as though I was disturbing them, and making up my own issues with the Porsche, not like Audi Service… I was so disappointed to know you upgrade on a vehicle and the service does not compare to the upgrade. After March 27, 2012 and writing to Porsche Customer Relations, I received an un-official call from Porsche Service from one of the Service Advisor’s and off the record he said his apologies and please continue to have faith in them. But no official letter or phone calls from Rusnak Corp. But I felt, the gentleman that called was sincere. On April 19th, I needed to locate the tire security key and could not find and was at Firestone. The same gentleman provided me his direct cell number and to call him if anything arises, well it did and I did. Only for him to not answer call or text once reached and explained to him what I needed and still could not find it, he said to come in so I may purchase a new one and wait a week or so. I asked him to take a picture of where it would be located and send it via cell phone, 45mins passed and nothing, luckily, I had found it after thoroughly reading the handbook. Suddenly the off the record phone call he made to me was a waist of my time and not sincere at all. Loyalty meant nothing. On April 20th, 2012 I find myself with a TCP dilemma and was 5mins away from Auto Gallery, I stopped by. It was a mad house, Don came out and in seconds activated the TCP, explained what it was for and I was on my way… no problems no hassles , listened and fixed it. On May 24, 2012 the TCP light goes on and on my way to the valley and on the 101 I get to get to Auto Gallery. I am greeted by Armin and he immediately inspects my vehicle. He tells me it may be the sensor and makes an appt for me… in mins after I arrived. No hurrying me away like Rusnak or no explanation to why this may be happening. Yesterday, May 29th, 2012, I bring in my vehicle at 7am and by 7:35pm I am heading back to work. Before 4pm my vehicle is completed. I see Armin is on the phone and I say thank you. As I am waiting outside for my vehicle and it pulls up, out comes Armin to apologize for being on the phone and tells me what was done on my vehicle and why… I was surprised because Rusnak, since I bought my Porsche had failed to do such a simple act. Loyalty, we come back to that strong but simple word, Rusnak lost mine and it had been patient but not anymore. From here on out, I will be an Auto Gallery customer. Customer Service is very hard to find, yes the product is great but doesn’t mean anything without the Customer Service behind it… that is what sells it too. Thank you, Maria Elena Kladis More
