I've had two wonderful experiences at the Auto Gallery Service Department. I wanted to wait while they put on a new tire. Work was done in about a half an hour and I was on my way. A week later I had to have the cup holder replaced. I said I wanted to wait so they scheduled me for 1pm. When pulled in they were ready for me. Fifteen minutes later I was out the door. Excellent. More

None of the cars currently on the lot had exactly the configuration I wanted, so the Internet Sales Manager, Myron Grombacher, worked with me by using his computer access to inventory files of Porsche Cars North America. He found several examples that could be shipped to Woodland Hills, and one still in transit from Germany was exactly what I had in mind. The Sales Manager, Eric, talked to the original destination dealer and arranged a deal. My car was shipped from Ohio in a closed van and the other dealer got... I don't know. Undying gratitude? A pound of Eric's flesh? But the important point is I got *my* car. The exact one I wanted. And with all that, they still gave me a nice discount off the sticker price. I don't buy cars often and I can't afford the most expensive ones, but recently they invited me and other customers to a rally through the canyons over Malibu, and threw a beachside brunch for us at Duke's complete with Porsche swag and a raffle. They just organized a gimmick rally from the dealership through the canyons to Pacific Coast Highway and then fifteen miles along the shore to Duke's Restaurant where they treated us to a nice Sunday brunch. Not a serious driving event -- certainly not on public roads -- but a chance to get together with other Porsche owners and have a fun morning. Much appreciated, as are other touches of consideration every time I visit the dealership. More

This is the 2nd car I have had serviced exclusively at the Auto Gallery even though I purchased my current vehicle from another Porsche Department. Most times I am greeted in the Service Dept driveway before I can even get out of my car. Convenient appointments are always avaialble. Checking in takes just minutes as does picking up. Don Sucich is the absolute best - friendly, responsive and gets the job done. I will not go to another Porsche Service Department - no reason to when I have the Auto Gallery Service team. More

Very professional people in service department worked with Don Susich for several years. I have a 2001 Porsche carrera 4. He and his service people have kept my car running as if it were new.
