I took delivery of a new Porsche 718S Boxster two weeks ago. Since this car came out of stock we wanted some additional trim options to be installed by Wilmington Porsche. Caleb Coyle, service advisor, kep ago. Since this car came out of stock we wanted some additional trim options to be installed by Wilmington Porsche. Caleb Coyle, service advisor, kept in contact with me during the process. By him doing this I had no doubt that the work would be completed properly. When I picked up the car Caleb and I inspected the finished product and it looked “factory installed”. I appreciate Caleb’s follow up and feel he is an asset Wilmington Porsche. More

These comments are about the service dept. all in all very professional staff. Did not like categorizing visit as 8 year check up when it was 60,000 mile inspection and maintenance. Also was noted in the follow up that the 60,000 checkup was due 10/23 and not done. All maintenance has been done on the car on time. Results of the $3,000 checkup showed oil leak and potential coolant leak costing another $6,000. It was extremely stressful. Jackie Mc Donough was so very caring and helpful. She helped me clean out my car and arranged for a ride. She noticed me waiting while others were huddled around the check machine trying to get it to work. She stepped in immediately. The one good experience that day. More
Great experience and everybody was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that I noticed on the car was a small chip in the paint on the right rear bumper. It is very small. I was greeted with a smile, the lounge and waiting area were very nice and the car was spotless after the service. The service rep was very attentive to the needs of my car and the mechanic took me through were very nice and the car was spotless after the service. The service rep was very attentive to the needs of my car and the mechanic took me through the entire car and sent me a video summarizing his assessment. The car was finished within the time frame promised and we enjoyed a complimentary ride into Wilmington where we ate lunch. The overall experience was excellent. More
