2017 Carrera 4S Cab Great service and communication throughout the process. Rene was fantastic to deal with. Always done right Service department is always very responsive and I am confident that the work they do is done right. And love that they clean the car with every service!! I came in with a flat tire and tho the tires were not old and still had a lot of tread, I ended up getting two new tires. Tires were NOT in stock, so I had to leave the car. I asked that the oil be checked and the tire pressure checked. They did that. Always assumed that service would automatically check the brakes when they had the tires off, however they indicated they had NOT check the brakes and I am a little dissappointed about that. But overall I am always very happy and impressed with the service department here. More

Christmas Eve emergency repair. Car developed a coolant leak at 3:40 on a rainy afternoon two days before Christmas. Within 30 minutes, Steve Ellis had me in a rental car headed home Car developed a coolant leak at 3:40 on a rainy afternoon two days before Christmas.
