No AC No radio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigatio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigation system becoming inoperable. Without an appointment I brought my car to Rusnak Porsche. Where I was greeted by the service department who listen to my problem assured me that it would be corrected as soon as possible. I was given a loaner car a brand-new 2015 Cayenne loaner at no cost. Within a few hours I was notified of the repairs needed at the time expected to be approximately two days. My car had a leak and flooded the backside of the dash with windshield washer fluid. Sorting out some key components and sensors which had to be replaced. My car was returned the next day completely clean and dry as if it had gone through and complete detail shop the radio and air-conditioning systems work as new. I personally had an incredibly wonderful experience when buying my vehicle from Rusnak (Dan Gibbs) Dan was so patient with me and spent a lot of time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Not o buying my vehicle from Rusnak (Dan Gibbs) Dan was so patient with me and spent a lot of time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Not once did I feel pressured, uncomfortable or got the feeling that he was just "going through the motions." My experience was personal, and in one word, delightful. Additionally, Sam (the service and parts director) stepped in to assist when Dan was pulled away by another customer. He had no qualms about taking the lead to ensure that I was being helped. He even helped me clean out my car and transfer items to expedite the process. The overall experience was certainly fantastic and I think they have an incredible team working together to make customers happy and ensure that the operation of the dealership is functional, efficient and welcoming. After all was said and done, I received a follow up email from the General Manager, Keith Goldberg, who was so gracious and thankful for the business.
