Had I known this was a Rusnak, I wouldn't have driven all the way from Pasadena considering there is one here. I had made an appointment with a request for a loaner for issues that had added up on my 992 wit the way from Pasadena considering there is one here. I had made an appointment with a request for a loaner for issues that had added up on my 992 with 20k miles - 1. Cab top stopped working 2. Front Windshield Seal Melting 3. Seatback strap broke off 4. Spoiler stopped deploying 5. Front trunk not opening 6. Rattles in interior 7. 20K Service I brought it in to Westlake because I had heard it was a newer dealership and I had had a poor experience at Rusnak prior. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told a loaner was unavailable and was not noted for my appointment and had to reschedule a week later. I obliged and returned a week later, dropped off the car and was given a loaner. My issues upon picking up my car were as follows: 1. No photos or videos were sent of work performed (something I was told they do at this dealership) 2. No 17% off advertised coupon discount was added for my 20k service which cost $1000 + an additional $350 for brake fluid change (something that should already be included by manufacturer for 20k service in manual). 3. Charged $175 for curb rash on one wheel for loaner (fine though, I get it) 4. Original Windshield was put back on when I was told it would be replaced with a new one (my old oil change sticker was still on it) Other than these issues, the turnaround time was good (10 days) More
