Very helpful and willing to accommodate my needs. They were willing to work on the price that I was hoping for and made it possible for me to take home the car I wanted. No pressure sales man. Scott was very helpful in helping us pick out the options that we wanted and keeping us away from the unneeded ones. We will do business again!! Salesmanship and service are paramount on a car sale. Kurkland on the sales side and Peyton on the IT service side were both top notch! I highly recommend them both. Kurkland on the sales side and Peyton on the IT service side were both top notch! I highly recommend them both. More
Service was second to none. Kurkland Richardson was a phenomenal sales rep. Mayer Damouny was knowledgeable and accommodating enough to close the deal. Kurkland Richardson was a phenomenal sales rep. Mayer Damouny was knowledgeable and accommodating enough to close the deal. More
I did my best to try and buy a Porsche from them but it seemed impossible. I guess I should have realized when they (I assume a BDC person) responded initially to my inquiry on a vehicle through the Porsch seemed impossible. I guess I should have realized when they (I assume a BDC person) responded initially to my inquiry on a vehicle through the Porsche.com website. ( this was May 19th ) They send the typical response which was fine, I sent photos of my current Porsche I was looking at trading in, I emailed the Olivia Martinez person three additional times throughout the day, first asking a basic question about the seats, then multiple times on top of that if they received my pictures and information. ZERO responses. That same day I received a thank you video from I assume the A. Hatter, I replied back, thanking him for the email and that I had sent over pictures of my car, VIN, miles, etc, and was just waiting to hear back from Olivia Martinez. So no reply( which was fine I am sure it is an automated thank you from their CRM). Two more days go by and I get an email from a salesperson named A. Hatter who is Alex Hatter, and he is very nice, doesn't know what happened to all my pictures and information I had sent two days ago went, but if I could send it all again he would make sure and get me an appraisal right away. I even texted him that if the numbers could work, I would make a deposit and come down that week to look at the vehicle for possible purchase( I live 4 hours away). So this is Sunday morning, and the entire day goes by and nothing, finally at about 5 pm Alex text me saying they were really busy and short-staffed but that he had given all the information to the manager and would get back to me that evening or worse first thing the next morning. The next morning comes, nothing, finally, at about 2.30 pm on the 22nd I believe, he emails me the appraisal. I respond that same day, thanking him but that I could not believe it took the managers that long to come up with a lowball appraisal like they did. I said I understood it was not him and thanked him and figured I would move along. meanwhile, after about 3 days, I get an email from the Olivia Martinez person again, asking if I was contacted and how my experience was?? I waited another day and replied thanking them for the email but I thought it was ridiculous that they never replied to my multiple emails initially, shockingly no reply. I even emailed the GM Ryan Chromek stating how the sales department was so slow if at all in response and that he was spending money on valuable leads but that his staff did not seem to really follow up, no response. So after a few days of deciding they do not wish to sell vehicles, the Alex guy calls me at 4.40 pm on May 23rd, I spoke with him again about what I was looking for, etc again he was very nice, I told him I almost bought another Porsche the previous week( but someone bought it before I committed) and what they had appraised my vehicle at. I simply said if they could not/ would not do it no problem just let me know. He says well let me see if I can catch the manager( I assume the desking manager) before they sneak out? What kind of dealership has ZERO managers at any time that can desk a deal? So no problem he says he will let me know, 3 more days go by and nothing, so I texted him" Hey just curious if yalls desking manager ever came back? You were going to check with them over 3 days ago, I told him Porsche of West Broward sure does operate differently than most dealerships" So he replies back what he found out. So sorry for such a long post but I am just blown away at the level of what appears to be reorganization at a dealership. Still, with all this, I was going to just let it go, until Olivia Martinez emails again, asking how my experience was, ha. I emailed them back stating they could have helped me two weeks ago when I emailed them multiple times with no response. I advised them I have never seen a dealership worse in follow-up. Well, this time they replied that they would pass the feedback on to their team. Beautiful cars, bad dealership. Thank you More
