I'm not usually one to argue with service advisors, but when a company nor an automotive service advisor cannot tell you when your vehicle will be ready to be picked up, then we have issues. Not only did when a company nor an automotive service advisor cannot tell you when your vehicle will be ready to be picked up, then we have issues. Not only did this dealership (where we bought our vehicle) not return our calls or provide us with the status of our vehicle BUT on top of this, it's service advisor, customer service award winner by the name of Mark Wright at Porsche West Broward had the audacity to get irritated and use crude language with us over the phone. We are customers, we spent several thousands of dollars with you, and most importantly we trusted our family's automotive needs to you and Porsche, only to be treated this way. Certainly what a disappointment, and horrible experience with this organization. More
