The sales person, Angel Piloto initially seemed interested in making the deal, including trading in my 2013 Lotus. Angel called a man called Amit Deonarine to come do an "appraisal" of my car, which consisted of just a quick glance at my car. I was surprised at his cavalier attitude; he never even asked any particulars about my car: how many miles were on it (less than 3k) or any other key details. He said he had "appraised one just like it the week before" which seemed just BS. Amit left and after about 20 minutes, Angel came back and provided us with an incredibly low trade in value that was 25% less than we'd been offered elsewhere. Amit walked up and informed us that the trade in amount was fair, since he'd seen "several others for sale online with fewer miles same year for less". We're very well-informed consumers, and we know exactly what's on the market for this rare car (only 1,200 units imported to the US from 2010-2014) there almost none on the market that compare. When we pressed Amit to show us his comps, he suddenly began back pedaling but still saying he could show us his "findings" and print them for us, Of course he did not do it. It became very clear that he made no effort to try to find a comparable value of our car but had just thrown out a low ball offer. At that point, We asked Amit to really look at his numbers and let us know what his best price would be. Amit quickly said that he "didn't need to look up numbers" and that he "knew exactly what his numbers on the car were". He asked if we would buy the car if he came down $10k on the price of $145k Angel had quoted us. We said we were serious buyers and would give that offer consideration. Then Amit left. Ten minutes later, Angel returned with a print out that showed the same low trade in amount and a sales price that was $6k HIGHER than what we'd just talked about! We pointed that out to Angel and he said that they couldn't go as low as they had previously said they would. What? We were fed up at this point and asked why they would offer one deal, then change the numbers in their favor. Angel said that Amit -- who had not bothered to come back and face us -- had "checked his numbers and he just couldn't go lower." Wait a minute - we had just heard Amit say that he "didn't need to look up numbers" and that he "knew exactly what his numbers on the car were". I'd expect that kind of experience at some corner car lot, but I expected a more professional approach from a Penske dealership. At this point we were fed up and it was closing time. We told Angel that we were serious buyers, and would have purchased the car for the price initially quoted. He asked us to wait one more time while he went back to talk with Amit, but we were tired of being strung along. We reminded him that he had our cell numbers and email address, and he could follow up with us that way. 2 weeks later, we've heard nothing - zero follow up, after spending an hour talking over the deal. Needless to say, were not impressed and were left with a very negative impression. Especially when we were interested in a USED car priced a $145k. I guess they don't want our business. More

He and dealership has made this transaction as comfortable as possible and been very accessible for all my questions and concerns! Alexander is extremely knowledgeable and always available! True gentleman and professional! Trustworthy! Highly recommend him and the dealership! Great selection of new and used Porsche's, including hard to get models that my local dealership could not get for me! More

There was quite a large selection-- more choices than any dealership I had previously viewed. An email to this dealership summoned a reply from Jean Frezin who was extremely knowledgable about what I was looking for. I had endless questions, and Jean tirelessly answered each one promptly and courteously. He sent me a link to photos of a 2016 Boxster GTS that was in stock and right away I knew that was the right car. The trip from North Florida to Davie was so well worth it. When I met Jean in person, I felt as if I had known him for years. He's definitely a car person. I was treated with so much respect, and was under absolutely no pressure to buy. But buy I did, and I am so thrilled with my new Boxster GTS. Jean had the car delivered to my location and even rode along himself to make sure I was satisfied and things went smoothly which they did. They picked up my trade and off they went. Highly recommend Jean; totally a car guy, great communicator and a great young man to work with. But back to the dealer. No bs easy process with none of the usual games. I was given a fair price for my trade-in as well as the car I purchased. We had the deal done by noon and nothing left to do other than talk about cigars and cars (you should definitely meet Alfred). For the remainder of my day, I watched a lot of football and enjoyed the beautiful cars while I waited for my return flight. Jean gave me a ride back to the airport even after the deal was done. I'm waiting for delivery of my car now and Jean has just sent me two videos of my car after prepwork and the shipping company loading it on the truck. It looks REAL GOOD! Love the culture at this dealership and it is,,,,,an amazing showroom. I will make the trip again to see Jean for my next car. Did I mention my car looks great? More

My Porsche 911 buying experience was really good indeed. Which isn't totally amazing until you know I live in Seattle 3,550 miles away and I never got to be there in person to see the car. For most people buying a big ticket car like this, it's a big deal all by itself. But placing all your trust in a car salesman just goes against every grain of my being (which I told him too!). But I did put all my trust in my salesman Tommy Justice and it all turned out just fine. To start with Tommy has been in the business a long time and he knows what's what. 911 buyers can tell within seconds if their salesman knows his product. Tommy knows his 911's. I was a little surprised to hear most of his sales are shipped. He started out with a nice introduction email and then a personalized video to share his thoughts on the car and his commitment to the customer. It was not a "canned video" which can be annoying. Because it was 'for me only' he could talk about the things I was looking for specifically. We had good communication and then he sent a personalized video of the 911 -- I wanted. He went through the car and I could clearly see it was the one I had waited for. This ended the searching online and I had had about 5-6 Porsches I was tracking. The next step was to start the purchasing process. Tommy was there to speak to the myriad of questions I had and the emotional drain I felt knowing I would be buying it sight unseen. That's huge. To be honest, I wanted to jump a flight and go there. But I really didn't want 3,550 miles added to the clock just because I couldn't wait a few days to get it. Obviously, I opted for the enclosed delivery. My wife can attest to the worry I had waiting for my new (pre-owned) 2013 Carerra C4S to get here. Then it arrived about 5+ days later and rolled out and it was just beautiful. I really would like to thank Tommy for his help and the great support from the Broward Porsche Team. If you are shopping long distance, I would recommend Broward Porsche and especially Tommy Justice. He was warm and friendly and understood the issues of buying long distance. I'm IT savvy so I have bought a number of items online, however, this was the largest purchase I've made online. So when it comes to trust and getting the value for your money, I hope you will shop their inventory and not be worried about everything you can't see and touch. We know that a 911 is the gold standard and when they say it has been driven, checked, and certified ready for the next customer then you know you're hearing exactly what you'd want to hear and have a dealership behind it and not the word of someone on Craigslist. A great price point, honesty, and trust were the pillars of our deal. Also the buying process flowed very smoothly. I hope you find your 911 and for the right price and with the right options. I had been talking to Jean for a few days before I went and he was always professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. He was able to work a very fair deal for my trade-in and he was never pushy at any moment. Jean took his time with me, answered all my questions and really listened to my needs. At no point did he try to sell me a more expensive car than I was looking for. In fact, he really tried to understand what I wanted and he was very sensitive to my financial situation. I have to say that my experience at Porsche West Broward was excellent and I ended up with a 2016 Cayman S that was a demo and I got a very fair price on it, considering it was almost a brand new car for over $10k less than new. These guys have great cars and they really are focused on customer service and satisfaction. Even meeting with the finance guy was quick and easy! You will not be disappointed if you shop at this new dealership. Make sure to ask for Jean Frezin! More

He had been on a tour of the sparkly new Porsche West Broward a few weeks back and really liked the friendly, informed, enthusiasm of the salesman who gave the tour, Alex Depooter. We dropped in on a recent Saturday morning and found Alex available to talk with us. Impressed by the inventory available, we began realistically discussing what Porsche fit our needs. The story ends happily with the purchase of a sweet Cayenne S, but spending 4+ hours in a beautiful low pressure environment was a pleasure, especially when we were actually supposed to be shopping for a refrigerator. The whole sales experience was great and we look forward to equally efficient service appointments. More
