We drove up in a 2013 Ford Focus to look at a 2017 Carrera. At no point did we feel uncomfortable. Quite the opposite, we were greeted wonderfully and spent the next couple of hours in a wonderful facility with consummate professionals and truly happy representatives of Porsche. Ok, to be specific Alberto Acosta was the best! Again he is the best! But indeed all of the people we dealt with were easy, relaxed, polite, professional, courteous, honest people. Would we recommend PWB to anyone. YES! Great selection of vehicles, outstanding dealership in every way. My wife now wants a 911 cabriolet... More

This is simply a description of my experience having Mr. Acosta as a Salesperson and Counselor in buying my new Porsche Panamera. I had purchased several luxury vehicles and dealt with a number of dealerships and salespersons in the past. Alberto Acosta certainly stands amongst them. From the very first meeting Alberto was very different than What I was accustomed to. He is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the brand. I never felt pushed nor steered into buying the vehicle or unnecessary upgrades. He assisted me into building the car, always mindful of beauty and performance but also value. I felt that he was working more for me than for the dealership. He guided me through the financing process and made valid suggestions on items the Finance Director had for sale. Again, he was honest and I felt he was on my side. Alberto was with me until the last minute and waved goodbye with a big smile as I was leaving the dealership in my new car. He called the next day to enquire if I had any questions about the car. He is a true professional and really represents what a salesperson should be. I am sure he will do very well in his career. They say they are "just the salesman" giving the pricing by management. Not from this dealership but I have owned 6 911's and 2 Macan's. This is not my first rodeo. Its not a matter of being in the same ballpark. They were on a different planet. Buyer beware when you walk into this place. More

Really great experience, no pressure, and I love my Porsche I went to Porsche West Broward (PWB) back in April to test drive a used 2007 911 Turbo. Alberto was super friendly and helpful in setting up the test drive, and Nick expertly demonstrated his knowledge of the 997.1 turbos, and how to drive one. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase that car, but Alberto stayed in contact and continued looking for the right car for me. In June, PWB invited me to a great event at the dealership during the 24 hours of Le Mans, so I packed up my 14 year old son, and went to go look at some very cool Porsches and watch the race. There were a couple of GT4 customer cars at the event, so I decided that I would test drive one in the coming weeks. Ultimately, I went back to PWB on July 1st, test drove a red GT4 with Nick, and purchased it. The whole team stayed until 10:00pm to make sure I was able to drive my GT4 home that night. Overall, my first Porsche buying experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I without reservation recommend Alberto, Nick, Kevin, and the whole WPB team to find you the right car and make your Porsche dream come true.
