Two phone calls; a personal check; and twenty minutes with a notary sent to my house on a weekend- which they paid for- to process the paperwork and that was it. Shipping was free and great. They sent the car before my check arrived to coordinate with my family vacation. Alberto Acosta is hands down the best Porsche representative I’ve encountered. He was always responsive and was a pleasure with which to deal. He was fair in negotiation and diligent in execution and delivery. (He provided a refund for a full tank of gas, even though the vehicle arrived with 5/8 of a tank). I cant recommend this dealership and representative enough. More
