Porsche West Broward have the worst employees attitude, with no respect to the Porsche owners and ZERO patience. Was looking at a 2009 911 C2S at this dealership; went through AutoTrader first to establish contact. Was assigned Daniel as the sales person. Daniel was slow to respond for everything. I can ask a question, and I had to end up chasing down the sales person in order to get an answer. To get an answer, it would often take days. This is despite the fact I had utilized email, as well as Daniel having my number. In the end, the car had tons of issues; I had to reach out to the sales manager to have it assigned to another sales person to get the answers. The other sales person, Ariel, was much better. Prompt in response. Within a day, he was able to provide all of the answers I needed, and told me that this car has way too many issues, and will be going to auction. This should've happened in the beginning; get a competent sales person that is willing to work with you, and for you. I wasted a total of 10 days, trying to get the answers I am looking for, with Daniel. And these questions were all addressed within a day with Ariel. I would be wary with dealing with this dealership, as it seemed like it can be a very YMMV scenario, depends on who you have for your sales person. More

Don't get fooled with the loaner car offer when you purchase When you purchase your expensive car at this dealer, they tell you that when your car needs service, they will provide you with a loaner car. Porsche deserves better sales practices. Tried to sell me a factory car used for emissions testing with a bumper job done and they did not disclose this until we are about to sign the papers. Moreover they told me that the car had 4 years warranty before I went to the dealer only to find out that the car only has two years left when I was reviewing the paperwork. I asked to certify the car and give me the warranty they told, they asked me to pay another $3k. Total joke, total loss of time. Integrity is something the cars have, not this dealership. More
