1 Review of Porsche Walnut Creek - Service Center
Since 2018, I have had my car serviced at Porsche Walnut Creek. I am in the process of selling my car now and have requested that my car’s service history records be e-mailed to me. Despite repeated request Creek. I am in the process of selling my car now and have requested that my car’s service history records be e-mailed to me. Despite repeated requests and promises from multiple employees in Porsche Walnut Creek’s service department to send me my service records, the dealership has failed to do so, jeopardizing a transaction about which I have fully explained to them. My first request was made to Riley on Friday, September 8th when Riley committed to e-mailing the records by the end of that day. When they had not come, on Monday September 11th, I made another request of Riley who assured me that the records would be e-mailed by the end of the day. When the records sill were not sent, I spoke on the morning of Wednesday September 13th to Alejandro and later to Melissa who told me they would e-mail various managers to ensure that the records would be e-mailed promptly. By mid-to-late afternoon, the records had not been sent. I called and spoke with Michael who informed me that he did not have access to the records but had texted his service manager Doug about the situation and that the records would be e-mailed by the end of business Thursday September 14th. They were not. I have left two voicemail messages for Doug expressing my frustration, one before close of business Thursday, September 14th, and one Friday morning, September 15th. At the time of this writing, I have received no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PORSCHE WALNUT CREEK. DESPITE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND PROMISES OVER THE SPAN OF A WEEK TO SIMPLY E-MAIL ME MY SERVICE RECORDS, PORSCHE WALNUT CREEK HAS EITHER FAILED OR REFUSED TO DO SO. MY CAR’S SALES TRANSACTION IS IN JEOPARDY AS A RESULT. PORSCHE WALNUT CREEK’S ARROGANCE, INDIFFERENCE AND/OR INCOMPETENCE IS APPALLING. More
