Porsche STL Appointment I needed a safety and emissions test on my Panamera 4S for plate renewal. When I called for an appointment they said to bring the car in at my conveni I needed a safety and emissions test on my Panamera 4S for plate renewal. When I called for an appointment they said to bring the car in at my convenience. When I arrived someone in service was there to greet me and take the car. Annual service Not very friendly or attentive. I Felt like I was “putting them out” and they had something “better to do” Wasn’t prepared with loaner car, they Not very friendly or attentive. I had to call to ask status after 4 hours When called to say car was ready - when I got there, I had to wait 15 mins for them to finish washing car Never explained final work done - even though under warranty Service dept not what it used to be - surprising given such high end cars - expect better More

I came to the dealership midafternoon on a Saturday and was never made to feel rushed at any point. I’m often out of town for work so this was important to me since my precious weekend time is valuable. The general manager and finance department were also exceptional; especially since I was not financing my new car and the banks were closed.
