Porsche Southpoint

OK, I normally don't write reviews, but the experience at Porsche Southpoint was pretty spectacular. I have been a loyal BMW owner and, sadly, due to inventory, I was unable to get a new X4 M edition. I thou Porsche Southpoint was pretty spectacular. I have been a loyal BMW owner and, sadly, due to inventory, I was unable to get a new X4 M edition. I thought I would check out the Macan since it has styling I like and, while smaller than the X4, I think it's sportier than the Cayenne. I wasn't sold on a Macan, but when I came into the dealership, Roy actually listened to me. He didn't try to sell me and seriously only gave me the information I asked for. I have a pretty short fuse and value my time above all else, so this was an important attribute to encounter in a salesperson...oh, I'm sorry...Brand Ambassador (Whatever, Porsche!) Anyhoo...the Macan I saw online was listed as "available" however, that apparently means something different in German. Long story short, it took 2 1/2 months...MONTHS...for my Macan to come in AFTER I had traded in the X4. Now, this is where you might think this review goes sour. Well, my friends, you would be incorrect! Roy and Edwin were so awesome to work with during this...er....challenge. Something, something, the boat sank, something, dock, something Germany...They gave me a Cayanne loaner. Wait, what??!!! Read that again...A LOANER...for 2 1/2 months! Not only that, but they were SO FUN to get to know and joke around with. And the two finance people I dealt with, Colleen O'Leary (the most Irishy Irish name ever) and Woody Clark (pretty Englishy, but not the MOST Englishy) terrific! It is very possible that I become a Porsche convert. Time will tell, but one thing is for sure, Imma call Edwin and Roy. More

Colleen has the magic stick as she was able to get me into my car and it was hassle free. Colleen was super energetic and her energy made it so that I was very pleased with my purchase. Colleen and Alex even kept in touch with me days after the purchase just to ensure that I was good and definitely kept me excited about my new car! Love the staff at Porsche and look forward to working with them both in the distant future! More

Gary was amazing to work with, My husband's Porsche required a lot of learning from us but he was patient and got Carplay working for us with a phone call. Last year I worked with Gary to order my 2021 Macan from Gary Hamilton. I traded in my BMW x3 due to poor visibility and seating position. After we took delivery I needed some lessons on the car and every time I have stopped in he has graciously stopped to help me pair my phone and work carplay.
