Our latest story of going above and beyond is when he drove to Charlotte one evening before Christmas, on his own time, to get a tire for my car. Initially he was told the tire was in stock and when he found out it was backordered, he made sure I still got the vehicle when promised. Just outstanding service. Overall, our experience with the service department has been bumpy, but I feel like Ray is continuing to move the team in the right direction. I always appreciate the responsiveness of the general manager, Dean Perella. I love these cars and want my sales and service experience to match my satisfaction with the vehicles. More
